General Fazollah Nazemi was the commander of the 2nd Brigade of the Imperial Guard Division known as the Iron Brigade before the fall of the Imperial Regime. After the 1979 revolution, he was arrested by revolutionary terrorists then assassinated by them on May 6, 1979.
